Can I get a remake of my purchase or get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the quality?

At Evoke, we always try our best to send our customers the products with the best quality.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase due to Evoke’s mistakes, such as flaws in our craftsmanship or damages during transit, we will remake the products as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase due to your own errors, such as spelling mistakes or using images below recommended resolution, we are willing to replace the products at 65% of original retail price.
If the above situations happen, please contact us within 14 days upon receiving your products, and briefly explain the problems with photos of the flawed products. We will handle your cases as soon as possible.
Please also note that color tuning is not included in our service. We only print your products according to the uploaded file.
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds.
